SCHOOL SPORT FESTIVAL AND BENEFITS OF SPORTS
School sports programmes can bring out positive responses and actions in children and grown-ups. Sport deserves attention as any other academic subject. Still, in this day and age, youths are spending further time fused to TV and their smartphones. Preceptors and educational professionals emphasize that young people should do sport and understand that fitness is important to be healthy and to do well academically but schools don’t always have the time or know-how to engage children with the benefits of sports. Sports Leadership works by training preceptors and trainers in coaching and mentoring chops that can help them enable 15-16-years-old students to become youthful sports leaders.
These students can also go on to further develop their leadership skills by organising sports carnivals in their environment and communities and train 11-12-year-olds to develop their own leadership skills to make sport sustainable .

Integrating physical exercise in the classroom through movement, nutrition and health tutoring is a great way to promote sport and healthy cultures in the classroom. Some of the classroom conditioning that combine fitness and literacy are calculation and spelling, classroom warm-ups or fitness breaks.

Sports day will encourage young people to stay healthy and avoid unwanted illness.
Sports help ameliorate/improve internal and physical health. Moving around can improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase bone viscosity. It can also help reduce blood sugar situations, and strengthen lungs. Students will find they've energy and feel healthier because of sports.

Leading a platoon will help youthful people with their decision- making chops and give them experience in supporting others. They will learn that leadership isn't just about telling people what to do, it's also about showing appreciation to them.
3. Bettered Social Skills
Taking part in sporting activities can ameliorate young people's social lives as it gives them the ability to meet new people and help them to adapt quickly
4. Develop discipline
To do well in sports, children will need to attend regular practice sessions. They also have to make sure they follow the rules of the game and admire the opinions of the instructor. These are skills that are transmittable to other areas of life.

To do well in sports, students/pupils will need to make sure they put into practice some platoon work skills including cooperation and collaboration.
